The passing of my next door neighbor...

I just learned last night that our next door neighbor's husband (landlord) passed away last week. He had been ill for some time and had some complications. He officially passed on 9/9/09 at 9:09am The family is very sad but the son was explaining to me that 9 is a good number in the Chinese culture.

Just curious, was he Chinese?
In numerology the number 9, for someone coming in (such as the baby that was born 9-09-09, same times, bla, bla, bla) I guess would be said to maybe be here to complete some things, or maybe be thought to be on their last life on this plane...completions etc...but, I dunno about for exiting

I dunno how I feel about numerology anymore, since my perception of "time" is changing anyway. Since "time" was/is made up by humans. At every second of everyday, someone is being born or dieing...or, would that be every nano second, since there are soooo many more people now...lol
