Not getting new members: changes planned by Revenant!

We are not getting any new members and this is bothering me!

I have analyzed our website and made the following conclusions:

We cannot be found by people because we are on page 4 million+ on Google...:
* We have bad keywords(+-search queries) for our website. Too broad keywords(see below)
* We have no real definition of our forum, it's too vague.
With this I mean that we do not focus on any specific subject in general. On Jonas Ridgeway we focused on 'Astral Projection' and people could find us. Do we even know what our focus is?
* Our domain name ''shopofenlightenment.com' is not really relevant for us. We are not a shop but a forum and we do not focus on enlightenment.

My suggestions:
1) We move the entire forum to my domain: http://www.astralsphere.com (You will still be able to use shopofenlightenment.com though but you'll be redirected to my domain).
Excellent backup facilities there and it's faster and it has the word ''astral'' in it which is really a good thing for the searchengines.
2) We change our banner & logo into something with ''Astral'' in it.
3) I'll prune and modify the forums(without dataloss) and focus on Astral Projection more.
4) I want to give credit to Jonas Ridgeway since we are his orphans/offspring.
5) I want to change the main theme into the Blue one called eTech as our frontpage. (Youll still be able to use the green themes).
6) We will get better Google rankings if we focus on better keywords, focus on a specific subject and focus our content on a particular 'niche'.

These are my suggestions...let me know if this sounds like a good plan.

Good to hear that I have support

I just registered another domain at Bluehost.com with the following things included:

In order words:
1) we are not bound anymore to astralsphere.com and we can have another domain name that suits our needs(it's only €7,- for me now to register a .com domain)
2) Loads and loads of webspace
3) We will be prepared to 10000's of visitors( = 15000GB data transfer)
as well.
4) I can arrange <yourname>@astralsphere.com(or other domain name) email accounts for the core members.

I need to figure some things out first...I'll keep you updated.

Astral Projection and Metaphysics Forum. (Very carefully chosen for the google searchengine...Alch knows what I'm talking about.)
